Hearty Scottish breakfasts are served at individual tables in the new Conservatory. While enjoying you breakfast you can view an attractive garden while sitting in our conservatory. We are small family run business that puts our customers first. Our guest house is furnished to a high standard throughout. Situated close to the major road and rail links around Edinburgh, yet only 10 minutes from the city centre. We have free on street parking and a direct bus service straight to Princess Street. We also only 10 minutes drive from the new Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and less that 10 minutes from The Playhouse.The Classic House is the perfect base for visitors.

Public TransportFrom - To city: Bus 42 On approaching Edinburgh, join the city by-pass until you reach the Straiton intersection. Then follow the signs for CityCentre (A701). From A720 Edinburgh South leave at A701 and follow the signs for the city centre. Keep going until you reach Liberton Brae, where you keep on the left lane. We are only half a mile on your left.
