Small hotel situated at Haymarket at the citys West End.( You can walk to the Castle in 15mins)2 Budget hotel with no frilly gimmicks.Sorry we have no lift ( built in1860 so its listed) and some of the rooms are quite high up ( we have 4floors above reception!).We do not offer any meals on the premises, but there are lots of resturantscoffee shopswithin 30 secs walk that do all meals.Please note we are NOT OPEN 247 due to security reasons, we close approx between 3-4am, please check at time of reservation.Close to public transport links and most attractions within a 10-15min walk time frame and walking is a lot quicker just now than any transport methods due to the tram works!Car Parking is Pay and Display on the street 8.30am-6.30pm Monday- Saturday inclusive : Sundays are freeNearest Car parks are on Morrison Link at the Premier Inn or Haymarket Station ( though this is subject to last minute closures due to the Tram works!)Not suitable for Hens StagParties.PLEASE NOTE, YOUR CREDITDEBIT CARD NUMBER IS ONLY USED AS A GUARANTEE and NOTHING IS CHARGED TO IT, UNLESS THE RESERVATION BECOMES A NO SHOW, THEN THE 1ST NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION WILL BE CHARGED We accept, Am Ex, Visa, Mastercrd, Visa DebitandMaestro for payment, but we no longer accept payment by Cheque.

From the West :Head from M8M9 towards HAYMARKET.Then at Haymarket either turn left up ROSEBERRY CRESCENT , right into Landsdowne Crescent and right into Grosvenor Street.From the South (A7A68A1) come into the Citys East End and follow the diversions to HAYMARKET. Easiest route into Grosvenor Street, is to come PAST Haymarket Railway Station and turn 1st Left into Roseberry right into Landsdowne and right into Grosvenor Street.By train :Please check if your train stops at Haymarket, if yes,alight there and come out of station and head for the crossing, after crossing head for BEANSCENE Coffee shop and then turn left into Grosvenor Street.If from Waverley Station : Buses from the stop at the BALMORAL HOTEL , Princes Street, 31,3,33,12,26, 4 and 44 and alight at Haymarket and just cross the road following instructions as from Haymarket train station.From the Airport : Airlink Bus stops on CLIFTON Haymarket Terrace, head for Beanscene Omar Khyham, turn left and we are half way up on left side.
